Verve Intimate Booking Terms & Conditions

We love making your experience special – and that starts with keeping things clear and flexible.

Here’s what you need to know about your Verve Intimate Boudoir Photography Experience:

  • Validity: Your Boudoir Photography package is valid for 6 months from the date received. Your photoshoot must be booked within this timeframe.
  • Need more time? If life gets a little hectic (we get it!), simply email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to extend your booking window.
  • Exclusivity: Your voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer, and must be used as outlined by Verve Intimate.
  • Not transferable: These prizes are non-transferable for other services and may not be used to purchase images from previous photography sessions.
  • One per year: Only one prize may be redeemed per person per calendar year.
  • Securing your session: To confirm your spot, a fully refundable $195 holding deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures both your photoshoot and design consultation in our calendar, and will be refunded after your image reveal session.
  • Fairness & discretion: Verve Intimate reserves the right to withdraw a gift experience or prize at any time. In the unlikely event this happens, any payments made (such as a holding deposit) will be fully refunded. We always strive to handle changes with transparency, fairness, and kindness.
  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age on the date of your photoshoot.
  • Final note: If your appointment isn’t confirmed, Verve Intimate reserves the right to cancel your session or consultation.

Love Your Images Guarantee

We proudly offer a “Love Your Images Guarantee” to ensure complete peace of mind when purchasing a Verve Intimate Experience.

If you attend your photoshoot and subsequent design consultation and, upon viewing your images for the first time, feel that you do not love the images presented, you may request a full refund of your purchased Verve Intimate Experience. (Please allow time for your bank to process the refund – once we’ve issued it, the rest is up to them.)

There is no obligation to purchase artwork.

This guarantee applies only at the initial design consultation when images are first viewed and must be exercised at that appointment.

Once you select images and proceed with the purchase of artwork, it is deemed that you love your images and the guarantee is no longer applicable.

Rescheduling Your Photoshoot or Design Consultation

We get it — life happens. If you need to reschedule, here’s how it works

  • You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, as long as you give us at least 5 days’ notice.
  • If you provide less than 5 days’ notice, reschedule more than once, or miss your appointment altogether, any fees paid will be non-refundable. A new $200 booking fee will be required to rebook.
  • All rescheduled appointments must occur within 6 months of the original date and are subject to availability.
 

Cancelling Your Photoshoot

Change of heart? Here’s what you need to know:

  • Cancel your photoshoot with at least 7 days’ notice, and you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice aren’t eligible for refunds, as time and resources have already been allocated to your session.
