Terms and Conditions

GIFT VOUCHERS & PACKAGES 

  • Purchased Verve Intimate Experience Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (booking is made within this time) and may be transferred if the voucher holder cannot utilise the voucher. 
  • Purchased Verve Intimate Experience Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and may only be used as outlined by Verve Portraits. 
  • Your purchased voucher will be forfeited if you don’t turn up to a scheduled photo shoot or design consultation. 

COMPLIMENTARY VERVE EXPERIENCE GIFTS AND PRIZES 

  • Gifted Verve Intimate Experience vouchers and prizes are valid for 2 months from receiving them (booking is made within this time). Please email info@verveintimate.com.au if you require an extension of this expiry date. 
  • Gifted Verve Intimate Experience vouchers and prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, are not redeemable for cash and may only be used as outlined by Verve Intimate. 
  • Gifted Verve Intimate Experience vouchers and prizes cannot be used to purchase images from previous photography sessions. 
  • Verve Intimate reserves the right to cancel your session or design consultation if you do not confirm your appointment by telephone, email or SMS prior to your scheduled appointment. 
  • Only one Gifted Verve Intimate Experience voucher or prize may be used per family per year. 
  • To ensure the best experience for you, we require you to complete a short creative profile online prior to your photoshoot. 
  • Verve Intimate reserves the right to withdraw gifted Verve Intimate Experience vouchers or gifts at any time for any reason. 

RESCHEDULING YOUR PHOTO SHOOT OR DESIGN CONSULTATION 

  • Our studios are very busy and we generally can’t refill appointments at the last minute, which means we have a strict cancellation policy. 
  • Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule, otherwise you will forfeit your holding deposit. Your holding deposit will also be forfeited if you cancel or don’t turn up to a scheduled photo shoot or design consultation.
