All our photographers and almost all our designers are women. If you feel more relaxed with a female designer too, let us know at your planning call with our in-house stylist. We’ll ensure this is arranged for you.
Not at all. Your boudoir photography shoot can include:
- Luminous beauty portraits in full or partial clothing
- Being draped in elegant linens or robes
- Unleashing your inner bombshell in gorgeous lingerie or lounge underwear, or
- Being partly or fully nude.

Nerves are completely normal —but that feeling won’t last long!
Our photographers are highly skilled at creating a safe and supportive space to help you feel relaxed, calm and super comfortable. They’ll be there to guide you, hype you up, and walk you through every pose and angle to highlight your best features, with expert direction every step of the way.

From the moment we start shooting, your photographer will guide you through every pose, movement, and expression with expert direction designed to flatter your unique body and style.
We’ll show you exactly what to do—from where to place your hands to how to angle your hips—and we’ll make adjustments as we go to make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and radiant in every shot.

Boudoir photographs are personal. Your images are always handled with the highest level of care, discretion, and security.
Your photos will never be shared, posted, or used in our portfolio without your explicit, written permission.
The stunning images you see on our site come from guests who were so thrilled with their experience, they chose to share their portraits —but that decision is always yours.
We have strict privacy policies for handling imagery designed to protect your confidentiality at every step.
Your photoshoot is private – it’s just you and your photographer, so you can totally relax, get creative and have fun.
If you agreed to allow behind the scenes photographs of your shoot, there may be one additional photographer and/or manager present. This is always entirely up to you.

Many of us are on a personal journey towards fully embracing our bodies. Your photographer will work with you regarding which parts of your body you’re more or less confident to highlight in the studio.
Through expert posing, flattering lighting, and retouching, we highlight the features you love and help you look and feel incredible —no matter your shape, size, or age.
Many of our guests tell us seeing their photographs gave them a new perspective and deeper love for the skin they’re in.
It’s true we can be our own harshest critics. To give you extra courage, we’ve made this experience 100% risk free.
We’re so confident you’ll love your images, that if you don’t, we’ll refund you the full cost of your shoot. No stress.
Your boudoir photography experience includes a 19cm x 25cm Fine Art Print with our compliments, so you can take home your favourite image as a timeless keepsake.
Many guests fall in love with their portraits and choose to buy more, but it’s entirely up to you.
We offer a wide range of options to choose from including albums, digital collections and framed artwork. Our artwork range starts from as little as $395 and digital files are sold in collections, ranging from $75 – $199 per image depending on which collection you choose.
If you choose to buy additional artwork, we make it easier to invest in yourself with interest-free payment plans, Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4, Google Pay, Apple Pay and credit card payment options.
Some guests love doing the shoot on their own, feeling less inhibited that way. Some like to bring their bestie and that’s fine too.

After booking, we’ll email you lots of tips to help you prepare, including a creative inspiration guide and wardrobe planning help (in case you need it.)
You’ll also receive a link to fill in an online questionnaire to explore your preferred style of photography.
Leading up to your shoot, you’ll have a call with our in-house stylist to plan and discuss the vision for your shoot and answer any questions you may have.
We recommend you arrive to the studio 10 or 15 minutes early, to allow yourself time to relax and have a refreshing drink in the beautiful space before the creative fun begins!

Surry Hills (Sydney)
If you’re driving to our Surry Hills studio, guests often choose to drop off their belongings at the studio first, then park at Coles Surry Hills on Baptist Street. Parking is free for the first 2 hours, then $8 per hour thereafter. From there, it’s an easy 5 minute walk to the studio.
South Melbourne (Melbourne)
Our South Melbourne studio has a mix of paid and free street parking nearby. Many guests park at Coles South Melbourne on Coventry Street, which is approximately a 7 minute walk to the studio.
If you’re driving to our Sydney or Melbourne studios, we recommend allowing an extra 15 minutes for parking, so you can arrive relaxed and ready for the creative fun!
If you’re at least 18 years old on the day of your shoot, you can participate! Our studio is a safe space where every body, every story and every identity is celebrated.

Our boudoir photoshoots are all about you—how you choose to express your confidence, strength, beauty and sensuality. Whether your style leans towards subtle and romantic or you’re keen to add some spice, our talented team will guide you with an expert creative eye to capture portraits you’ll truly love.
No matter your vibe, our approach is always elegant, tasteful and artistic. We’re more than happy to create artful nudes if that’s your preference, but we don’t photograph erotic or explicit imagery.

It’s super easy to book online. You simply nominate your preferred photoshoot times and days, then pay using our secure checkout.

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an online creative profile to complete, which helps you prepare. It also helps us to get to know what style of photography you prefer and how we can help you feel the most comfortable and confident in the studio.

Then it’s photoshoot day! If you’re driving, we recommend allowing an extra 15 minutes to park and arrive at our Sydney and Melbourne studios. From there, you just need to turn up and be ready to have some fun with Australia’s most talented female boudoir photographers. And the best part … that RUN THE WORLD confidence when you see yourself through our eyes.
If there is a special offer running, you don’t need to have your photoshoot during the offer period to qualify. You can choose a later date, e.g. next month. As long as you buy your Verve Intimate Experience by the end date of the promotion, you’ll benefit from the special offer.
The number of images we take during your photoshoot varies. But we expect to present you with 30 to 40 beautifully retouched portraits to choose from at your image reveal viewing.
Your Boudoir Photography Experience includes a 19 x 25cm Fine Art Print of your favourite image with our compliments.
Additional images not included in your Experience are available to purchase separately if you choose to do so.
