Discovering Confidence through boudoir photography
For years, Felicity had avoided the camera. Like many women, she didn’t feel confident in photos, often shying away from moments where she was the focus. But when she decided to step into the Verve Intimate studio for a boudoir photography session, everything changed.
“I don’t usually like photos of myself, and I’ve always felt awkward in front of the camera,” Felicity told us. “But I thought, why not step out of my comfort zone and let the professionals handle it? Maybe I could see myself in a new light, create a new persona that was just for me.”
Stepping Into The Studio
Walking through the doors, Felicity was met with warmth and encouragement. What she expected to feel nerve-wracking quickly turned into something uplifting.
“It feels like meeting friends straight away… the photographers are amazing and so professional, but they feel like your hype friends. I had no idea how to pose, but you don’t need to worry about that. Just trust them… they’ll bring out a whole other side of you that you never knew existed.”
This is the magic of boudoir photography at Verve Intimate. It’s not about knowing how to perform in front of a camera. It’s about being present, letting go, and allowing yourself to see the beauty that others see in you.
“These photos are just for me. It was the best decision I’ve ever made.”

“Inner confidence I didn’t even know I had come through,” she shared. “Now I look at the photos on my wall and remember exactly how I felt during that shoot, empowered, beautiful, alive. It’s not just the photos, it’s the whole experience. That feeling stays with you for a lifetime. I’ll never forget it.”
