Inspiration and planning

Once your shoot is scheduled, we’ll email you everything you need to feel completely prepared – from wardrobe tips (if you’d like a little styling magic) to a link for your Creative Brief. This short questionnaire helps us capture your unique style, preferences and vision.

Stylist planning call

As the big day approaches, you’re welcome to book a personalised planning call with our in-house stylist. This is your chance to chat through ideas, explore your vision, and ask any last-minute questions. You’ll feel prepared, excited, and ready to shine.

Photoshoot

On the day, arrive 10–15 minutes early to unwind, enjoy a refreshment, and soak in the gorgeous studio atmosphere before the magic begins.​ 
We allow 90 minutes for professional hair and makeup, followed by 90 minutes of photography in your private studio, with up to three outfit changes.

Your image reveal appointment

Just 3–5 days later, you’ll return for the most exciting part – your private image reveal. Together with your designer, you’ll have a cinematic viewing of 30–40 exquisitely retouched portraits from your shoot. You’ll select your favourite portrait for your complimentary Fine Art Print. If you choose to buy additional portraits, your designer will chat you through our range of collections and options to suit your budget.

Your chosen artwork will be crafted with love and shipped to your home – a permanent, empowering reminder that you are incredible, exactly as you are.
