Verve Intimate Booking Terms & Conditions

We love making your experience special – and that starts with keeping things clear and flexible.

Here’s what you need to know about your Verve Intimate Boudoir Photography Experience:

  • Validity: Your Boudoir Photography package is valid for 6 months from the date received. Your photoshoot must be booked within this timeframe.
  • Need more time? If life gets a little hectic (we get it!), simply email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to extend your booking window.
  • Exclusivity: Your voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer, and must be used as outlined by Verve Intimate.
  • Not transferable: These prizes are non-transferable for other services and may not be used to purchase images from previous photography sessions.
  • One per year: Only one prize may be redeemed per person per calendar year.
  • Securing your session: To confirm your spot, a fully refundable $195 holding deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures both your photoshoot and design consultation in our calendar, and will be refunded after your image reveal session.
  • Fairness & discretion: Verve Intimate reserves the right to withdraw a gift experience or prize at any time. In the unlikely event this happens, any payments made (such as a holding deposit) will be fully refunded. We always strive to handle changes with transparency, fairness, and kindness.
  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age on the date of your photoshoot.
  • Final note: If your appointment isn’t confirmed, Verve Intimate reserves the right to cancel your session or consultation.

Love Your Images Guarantee

We proudly offer a “Love Your Images Guarantee” to ensure complete peace of mind when purchasing a Verve Intimate Experience.

If you attend your photoshoot and subsequent design consultation and, upon viewing your images for the first time, feel that you do not love the images presented, you may request a full refund of your purchased Verve Intimate Experience. (Please allow time for your bank to process the refund – once we’ve issued it, the rest is up to them.)

There is no obligation to purchase artwork.

This guarantee applies only at the initial design consultation when images are first viewed and must be exercised at that appointment.

Once you select images and proceed with the purchase of artwork, it is deemed that you love your images and the guarantee is no longer applicable.

Rescheduling Your Photoshoot or Design Consultation

We get it — life happens. If you need to reschedule, here’s how it works

  • You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, as long as you give us at least 5 days’ notice.
  • If you provide less than 5 days’ notice, reschedule more than once, or miss your appointment altogether, any fees paid will be non-refundable. A new $200 booking fee will be required to rebook.
  • All rescheduled appointments must occur within 6 months of the original date and are subject to availability.
 

Cancelling Your Photoshoot

Change of heart? Here’s what you need to know:

  • Cancel your photoshoot with at least 7 days’ notice, and you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice aren’t eligible for refunds, as time and resources have already been allocated to your session.

Verve Intimate is serious about protecting your privacy. In handling your personal information, we are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act (as amended). This policy sets out how Verve Intimate collects, stores, uses, discloses, protects, and manages your personal information. This policy may be updated from time to time.

What personal information does Verve intimate collect and why?

Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified, or reasonably identifiable, individual. During the provision of its services and/or products, Verve Intimate may collect your personal information. Generally, the kinds of personal information Verve Intimate collects are:

  • Contact and identification information such as your name, address, telephone/mobile numbers and email address;
  • Credit card and other banking information for the purpose of facilitating payment to Verve Intimate for services and/or products provided;
  • Images of you contained in photographic materials;
  • Other information such as details about your hobbies or interests to personalise your photography session;
  • In some circumstances, Verve Intimate may also hold other personal information provided by you;
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide to us during your interactions with Verve Intimate.

How does Verve intimate collect personal information?

Generally, Verve Intimate collects your personal information directly from you, through:

  • The completion of a manual or online form, such as an application form on Verve Intimate’s website;
  • An interaction or exchange in person, such as through a face-to-face meeting, or by way of telephone, email, post, or through the use of the Verve Intimate website;
  • When you enter a Verve Intimate competition;
  • Through cookies or similar technologies when you use our website, where applicable and
with your consent.

There may be occasions when Verve Intimate collects your personal information from other sources such as:

  • Third parties with which Verve Intimate does business;
  • An information services provider;
  • A publicly maintained record or other publicly available sources of information including social media and similar websites.

Generally, Verve Intimate will only collect your personal information from sources other than you if it is unreasonable or impracticable to collect your personal information from you directly.

Why does Verve intimate need your personal information?

Verve Intimate collects, holds, uses and discloses your personal information where it is reasonably necessary for the purposes of:

  • Providing you with personalised photography services and photography products, including processing your orders or applications and dealing with requests, enquiries, or complaints;
  • Issuing you your Verve Intimate Experience Voucher;
  • Accounting, billing and other internal administrative and business management purposes; and
  • Carrying out market and product analysis.



Verve Intimate may also use your personal information, including your image, quotes or other content, for inclusion in marketing materials, but only where you have given explicit consent. We may also use your personal information for purposes related to the above and in ways you would reasonably expect, or where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Where personal information is used or disclosed, Verve Intimate takes steps reasonable in the circumstances to ensure it is relevant to the purpose for which it is to be used or disclosed. You are under no obligation to provide your personal information to Verve Intimate. However, without certain information from you, we may not be able to provide our services and/or products to you.

Direct Marketing

Verve Intimate may use and disclose your personal information from time to time to inform you of services and/or products that may be of interest to you from Verve Intimate or selected third parties. You may opt out at any time by contacting Verve Intimate on 1300-0-VERVE (1300083783) or by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or via any other opt-out mechanism provided.

To whom does Verve intimate disclose your personal information?

Verve Intimate discloses your personal information for the purpose for which it was collected, as outlined above. This may include disclosure to:

  • Third parties engaged to perform administrative or other services on behalf of Verve Intimate;
  • Third parties for the provision of financial services, where customers choose to use such services;
  • People or entities considering acquiring an interest in Verve Intimate’s enterprise or assets;
  • Verve Intimate’s professional advisors, contractors, consultants, and related bodies corporate;
  • Businesses and third-party providers involved in the production, packaging, and shipment of Verve products

Disclosures to third parties are on a confidential basis or as otherwise required or authorised by law. We will only disclose your personal information with your consent, or where legally required.

Security of your Personal Information

Verve Intimate takes steps reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the personal information it holds is protected from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Personal information is stored in electronic form in secure databases on secure premises, accessible only by authorised staff and contractors.

How to access and correct your personal information

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information Verve Intimate holds about you at any time by contacting 1300-0-VERVE (1300083783).

We will take steps to ensure your personal information is accurate, up-to-date, complete, relevant and not misleading.

We will grant access to personal information to the extent required or authorised by the Privacy Act or other applicable law and take steps to correct it where necessary and appropriate. To do so, you may need to:

  • Provide proof of identity to ensure personal information is disclosed only to the correct individual;
  • Specify the information you require;
  • Pay a reasonable administration fee, if applicable, to cover our costs.

Privacy Complaints

Please direct all privacy complaints to Verve Intimate’s Privacy Compliance Officer at 1300-0-VERVE (1300083783).


If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may refer it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Your complaint:

  • Will be treated seriously;
  • Will be dealt with promptly;
  • Will be handled in a confidential manner; and
  • Will not affect your existing obligations or commercial relationship with Verve Intimate.
